At the top of News Corp HQ, you'll find the executive suites and events area and we were asked to create eye-catching light sculptures. This big project came from some clever ideas by Nulty Lighting. The main light looked like water lilies on the ceiling. Under each 'lily pad', we hung special tube lights. All 620 lights had nickel bodies with glowing ends. Each light had four colours, so there were 2480 tiny lights in total. Hanging from the ceiling, they looked like icicle made of a smoked chrome rod with colour-changing LEDs inside. These rods are fixed to base plates that look like lily pads and fit together neatly.

We made the LEDs ourselves and not only do they change colour, but brightness as people move around the room. A smart system controlled them all. We even added sensors that noticed when people were near. The result? A truly amazing light show! This commercial lighting setup adds a magical touch to the space.
